John Stretch has spent more than three decades helping clients navigate the commercial real estate market throughout Butler County and the Greater Cincinnati region. As Managing Broker and Owner of North Ridge Commercial Real Estate, he brings a unique perspective shaped by brokerage, development, investment and commercial property ownership.

A lifelong Butler County resident, John has been part of a team that has helped develop, own, lease and manage many of the office, retail and flex properties that have shaped the local commercial landscape. That firsthand experience allows him to provide clients with practical advice grounded in real-world ownership—not just market knowledge.

Since joining North Ridge in 2003 and becoming a licensed broker in 2008, John has been involved in more than $1 billion in commercial sales and lease transactions. He represents investors, developers, business owners, landlords and tenants throughout Greater Cincinnati, specializing in office, industrial and investment properties. Clients rely on John's strategic insight, strong negotiating skills and practical approach to helping them achieve their long-term commercial real estate objectives.
